Trailer can be used with 4×2 and 6×4 tractor heads.

Capacity

Total capacity is 58m3 up to 72m3 hydraulic driven by 4 cylinder Deutz air cooled auxilary engine

Main Chasses

All steel used is st-52 A1 grade steel.

Main chasse is 8mm ST-52

Bottom and top lamas are 15mm ST-52

Side chasses are 60x120x5mm profile

Bottom platform is 80 NPI

Total 8 units of middle support with 5mm ST-52 grade will be used

Top Platform

Trailer upper platform rear door is hydraulic opening

Trailer upper loading door hydraulic system is 3250 mm strechable.

Upper platform height is 2400mm and 11000 mm length

Base will be 6 mm ST-52 sheet and will be reinforced with 80 npi to be placed under base sheet

Rear and top cover will be 5 mm st 52

Platform Poles

Poles will be from 4mm ST-52 twisted steel

Hydraulic hoses will be hidden inside these poles

Complete shovel (pusher) will be from 5mm ST-52 A1 grade steel

Shovel is reinforced by 160 NPU profiles

To make the movement of the shovel easy, 20mm thickness special polyster will be installed on the catwalk and will be reinforced with 15mm thickness polyster on the sledge sides

4 cylinder air cooled Deutz engine

Waste Water Tank

Waste water tank will be installed on the back of the trailer with manual discharge valve.

Axles

Each axles will be 14 tons capacity with 90 type bolster damper scissors type with 8 tyres.

Axles are scissors type therefore no air suspension available
